The atmosphere is kinda strange as the purple lighting is a bit back alley Tijuana. The service was a bit odd – the server just needs more time to get comfy with the role. Everything arrived fresh and hot, making for a truly satisfying meal. The flavors were incredible, and you could really tell that the tortillas were handmade – they were soft, fresh, and the perfect complement to the fillings. I had a trio of tacos – cochinita pibil, panko tuna, and shrimp – and all of them were flavourful and distinct from each other. We had a wonderful dinner at Mezcantina! I am not into Karaoke so I wasn’t very thrilled of going to this restaurant.
